Fix pre-existing lint and format issues in domain.py and layout.py

Remove two unused `*Props` imports flagged by ruff (F401) and apply
`ruff format` line-wrapping. Pure cleanup, no behavior change — unblocks
`make check` independently of the purchase changes.
