Manual playtime makes graphs ugly and noisy #35

Time is added manually in cases where there is no actual start and end time. This means large lump of time is added at once. In graphs, this displays as large increase that increases the scale so much as to make the rest of the data in the graph meaningless.

First, knee-jerk solution is to exclude these manual times from graphs entirely. It is possibly a good first candidate for a toggle in the (currently non-existent) settings.
